Daisy Fab was established in 2020 after years of building rails for friends and family. What began one project at a time grew into a metal fabrication and structural steel company serving Greater Birmingham and surrounding Alabama communities.

Company History
One railing project led to another
Daisy Fab grew from years of doing rails for friends and family. One job led to another, and that steady progression became Daisy Fab, LLC. The company was established in 2020—a year of many changes.
From rails to structural steel
A hands-on beginning that grew with every project
The company's roots are in railing work: practical projects completed for people who already knew and trusted the craftsmanship. As those projects led to new opportunities, the scope of work expanded beyond rails into broader metal fabrication and structural steel services.
Today, Daisy Fab works across custom metal fabrication, structural steel fabrication and erection, steel building erection, commercial welding, miscellaneous steel, railings, stairs, catwalks, platforms and architectural metalwork.
The goal remains consistent with the way the company started: understand what the client needs, build it carefully, and deliver metalwork designed to serve its purpose for years.

A growing fabrication operation
From 1,500 to 5,000 square feet
As Daisy Fab has grown, the company has expanded from a 1,500-square-foot shop into a 5,000-square-foot fabrication facility situated on a seven-acre property.
The larger, fully equipped shop gives the team the space and capability to take on larger fabrication and structural steel projects while keeping work organized and moving efficiently.
The additional room supports material handling, fabrication, project staging and the coordination needed for substantial steel work from the shop through installation.
